Individual voice/text message solution for TV donations campaign
The WWF’s TV donations campaign “Save The Tiger” is designed to provide interested parties with quick contact. atms has implemented a voice/text message solution for this with a standard 0800 number.
“Thanks to the customised solution from atms, we can also measure the success of the campaign.”
Elke Hörgl, DRTV Manager at WWF Austria
About WWF Austria
The WWF is one of the largest and most prominent conservation organisations in the world and is active in some 100 countries. Round the globe, some 4,400 employees are handling over 2,000 projects aimed at maintaining biological diversity. Worldwide, 5.3 million donors support the WWF.
The WWF called on people to save the tiger in a major TV campaign. People interested in helping were to be provided with a simple and at the same time highly flexible contact option.
A uniform free call number for all those interested was required for the entire campaign. Simple administration of the solution was a prerequisite for the WWF. Other important requirements included measuring the advertising impact and success monitoring.
atms set up the easy-to-remember number 0800 100 220 for the WWF, which can be used both for voice mail and text messages. Incoming calls and text messages are forwarded automatically to the WWF Call Centre, where all details for providing support can be discussed personally with the staff on the donation hotline. A customised strategy was developed for success monitoring.
