We are the only Austrian network operator that specialises exclusively in ITC-based dialogue solutions for business customers. Thanks to this focus, today atms is one of the most commercially successful network operators in the German speaking countries. All our solutions are hosted in computer centres in Austria and Germany, and are therefore subject to the highest EU security standards.
At the company’s two locations in Vienna and Graz, 47 employees work to ensure the satisfaction of around 5,000 national and international business customers. The development of our products is entirely oriented around customers’ needs; personal and individual customer service is particularly important to us.
